Dear Donors
The year is drawing to a close, the Christmas holidays are just around the corner and we are reflecting on the year. The beginning of the year was still marked by unpacking, sorting and distributing the generous donations from Switzerland for the victims of the two hurricanes Eta and Iota. We are incredibly grateful that we were able to give a little help to those who were affected.
Due to Covid, school classes are still held online. Fortunately, thanks to the tablets donated by "Grupo Karim's", our children can take part in distance learning or improve their English skills with Duolingo, for example. Nevertheless, we all sincerely hope that the start of school in 2022 can take place in the classroom again.
Besides the pleasant and exciting visit of Tat and Tatta in April, three volunteers have visited us this year: Luana in spring, Annett in October and Fabienne, who is with us for the fourth time, from October till December. These are ever welcome hands and hearts that enrich the children's daily lives.
As you can see, there is always a lot going on in our foundation and we are continuously finding new ways to support the people in need and especially the children and young people in the country and help them to have a better future. But without your valuable support, this would not be possible at all. We therefore thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your donations!
